Sjaak (Jack) is NMR research engineer in the Biomedical MR research group at the department of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine, since 1999. He studied History in Nijmegen and Technical Physics in Utrecht. He worked as a research engineer at Industrial Design Engineering of the TUDelft. He provides technical scientific support to the Biomedical MR research group. You can find him performing MR experiments at the clinical and pre-clinical MRI scanners or at the high resolution NMR spectrometers of the department of Biophysical chemistry at the RU. He takes care of data processing and programming issues and is involved in MR sequence development. He is also involved in Unix/Linux system administration of scientific servers at the department.
